INVESTOR RELATIONS CONTRACT
The Company wished to announce the termination of our investor relations contract with Beverly Wayne Young, carrying on business as Global Management effective immediately. Mr. Young will no longer provide investor relations services to the Company, such as communications with the investing public, document preparation and dissemination, and liaison with the brokerage community.
