PRIVATE PLACEMENT #21 AMENDMENT
FM Resources Corp. announces that the private placement referred to in the May 25, 1998 News Release has been amended. The private placement will consist of 576,455 units at a price of $0.255 per unit. All other parameters remain unchanged.
