PRIVATE PLACEMENT CLOSED
FM Resources Corp. is pleased to announce the closing of the private placement reported on May 28, 1998 with the final approval of regulatory authorities. The private financing consists of 614,455 units consisting of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. All securities of the distribution are subject to a one-year hold period, expiring on May 29, 1999.
