The Company is pleased to announce that on December 18, 1998, the British Columbia Supreme Court dismissed the legal proceedings initiated by a small group of dissident shareholders against the Company
As reported in our News Release of September 3, 1998 other issues raised by the dissident shareholders were reviewed by an independent judge under the Alternate Dispute Resolution Chambers (ADR) guidelines. The ensuing report found in favor of the Company, vindicating the actions of the Board of Directors of the Company.
The successful resolution of these issues will once again permit the Company to resume its efforts aimed at joining the ranks of profitable producers.
